Digital assessment of the FCTC
The Federation of Worker Cooperatives of Catalonia (FCTC) asked us to put together a digital assessment, and we at l’Apòstrof started with one simple step: listening. We began the assessment by actively listening to all digital channels and with a study of positioning, and we put together a digital communication strategy to increase the influence of the FCTC.
Our study provided the Federation with a broad range of digital management tools, as well as ideas for enriching their narrative. In any communication strategy, the messages we produce are the most important part.
